Installation Dimensions Confirmation

To help customers confirm installation dimensions before purchase and reduce product returns caused by fitment issues, VARSTROM provides an exploded view diagram of the hub motor. Please refer to this diagram to understand the O.L.D calculation range (O.L.D data for BAFANG hub motor includes the anti-rotation washer), then measure the spacing on your frame accordingly.

Installation Recommendation: If the motor's O.L.D dimension is slightly larger than the dropouts, customers can install the anti-rotation washer on the outside of the dropouts. However, if the O.L.D dimension is significantly larger than the dropouts, VARSTROM recommends considering other motor options.
